WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO
I'm Jake and I am a L4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist. I’m passionate about helping my clients regaining full functionality in their bodies. You could be restricted by a new injury, by a recurring injury or even just by general fatigue.
I have played a wide variety of sports (Football, Cricket, Golf, Skiing) and operate as a Reservist Soldier in the British Army, so I understand the pressures put on certain areas of the body as a result of certain movements.
